Fractional CMO
As a proven leader with deep experience in marketing, sales and business development, I'm hired for a day or two per week for a minimum 6-month retainer. In the first quarter, I will collaborate with your executive team to assess the capabilities and functional design of the marketing team, collaborate on business strategy, establish marketing KPIs that align to your business objectives and communicate the plan. With a clearly communicated strategy in place, I'll lead, coach and mentor your marketing team's execution. Each subsequent quarter, you can expect frequent conversations and a quarterly business review.

Training & Development
In 2011, I built and taught Canada's first Social Media Certificate program for Mount Royal University. Since then, I've taught, lectured and built customized curriculum for dozens of executives, sales and marketing teams. My new focus is on educating marketers about how to use the LAWS OF GROWTH to make evidence-based choices for business strategy then applying financial fundamentals to improve business acumen. The goal is to leave your marketing department more engaged, productive and empowered to generate incremental business value.
